Buddha Box is shipped out on the 14th of every month. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Your credit card will be charged on the first day you sign up then the same day each following month until your account is cancelled.
We offer a simple 1 month recurring membership. Your card is charged once monthly and you can cancel anytime!
You will receive your box once a month. We ship on the 14th of each month and we ask that you allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with the box for any reason, Buddha Box will refund the amount paid for your most recent month of service. Refund requests must be made directly to Buddha Box at CustomerService@buddhaboxco.com. All refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Buddha Box. Of course! Canceling your subscription is very easy. Upon signing up for a Buddha Box account we will send you an email with a link to your subscription management page. From there you can cancel your account or update any information. You must cancel your account before the 7th to avoid being charged for that month. You can also email us at CustomerService@buddhaboxco.com and we will be happy to handle any cancel request or account updates.
